About Michele Haaseth
Michele M. Haaseth is the principal of Haaseth Law with over 20 years of legal experience. The main goal of her practice is to help her clients reach their goals. A background in representing both plaintiffs as well as defense of claims allows her to help clients fully understand their options so they can make an informed decision on their next steps.
As an accomplished litigator, she has successfully litigated hundreds of cases representing clients in a broad array of disputed matters including personal injury/automobile accidents, family law, dependency, debt collection, foreclosure, unlawful detainer (eviction), residential real estate, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. Further, she has extensive experience with bankruptcy, bad faith exposure/claims, elder law, estate planning, and probate.
Ms. Haaseth is well versed in multiple areas of dispute resolution including all Washington state courts, United States District Courts, as well as, mediation, arbitration, and informal negotiations.
